Individual Obstacles are the subject of discussion among the candidates who go for ISSB. It is considered as one of the most challenging parts of ISSB since many candidates are not aware of nor are they physically fit like a sportsman.
What is ISSB Individual Obstacles? ISSB Individual Obstacles consists of 9 different hurdles in the ground, which a candidate has to pass to be eligible for ISSB. These hurdles are of different types that use the capacity and energy of almost all body muscles. This is carried out to assess the physical capability of the candidate, his stamina and will power to complete the tasks.

Before performing the ISSB Obstacles, the GTO shows the candidate a video on the multimedia about how to pass each obstacle in the right fashion.📷Candidates are required to complete 9 individual hurdles in two minutes. Most candidates are not able to complete all nine hurdles and they reach only six or seven hurdles when the time is up. One can repeat the obstacle if one has completed all nine hurdles.
